Grass-fed Irish Dexter Beef

We are all about slow grown, good old fashioned beef, straight off the grass pasture. Our Beef is grass-fed, grass-finished and raised on our own chemical free grass pastures. Any beef you buy from us will have never received antibiotics, ionophores or growth hormones.

Slow Grown Beef: It takes about 1 year longer to produce grass finished beef, without the grain and additives used to produce conventional beef. Our cows only eat grass and grow slowly. By taking this extra time our beef develops a deep rich flavor with less fat, and a much more impressive nutritional profile.

Our beef is dry aged for optimal flavor and tenderness.
